Vice Ganda's mother recently celebrated her 74th birthday.

In an intimate dinner, together with family and non-showbiz friends, the actor/TV host invited his rumored boyfriend, Ion Perez.

Ion also works with Vice on ABS-CBN's noon time show, 'It's Showtime' where the two developed special feelings beyond friendship with each other.

This may be one reason why Ion's presence is around on that special event.

Vice posted video on his Instagram story of the said event wherein the two are surprisingly sweet, off cam!

It can clearly be seen in the clip where Ion kissed Vice Ganda's hair and in the same video, Vice's voice can heard saying "Fresh,o!" pertaining to Ion.

Furthermore, fans were in outburst when Vice was serving Ion through putting some food on Ion's plate.

Their relationship is becoming open to public and they both seem proud and happy about it. Both were so comfortable showing their affection in front of audiences.
