In a matter of life and death, every second counts. One can't help but wonder if the hospital was closer to the area of the accident or if the people didn't crowd the vicinity maybe Hashtag Franco's life could have been saved. He had been boating with Hashtag Tom and his girlfriend at a resort in Davao Occidental when a big wave suddenly capsized their boat. It was a freak accident that took a turn for the worst.
After the boating incident wherein Hashtag Franco and his girlfriend, Janica, fell off their motorized boat; Franco was rushed to the hospital as he still hasn't regained consciousness even after being saved from the waters. As it can be seen in the video, their big vehicle was trying to get past the crowd of people. It's a blurry and rushed video as the person taking the documentation realized that there must be some kind of emergency amidst all the chaos.
The video suddenly stops when the person shooting it could possibly not get past the motorcycles and the flurry of people. One can't really help but think what if there had been emergency response in the area where the accident happen, maybe Franco would have been saved. But upon reaching the hospital, he was pronounced dead on arrival.
